What does our ideal candidate look like?

  • Enjoy working daily to implement the vision of our founders to make couples honeymoon dreams come true!
  • Grow our network by acquiring new advertiser partners and identifying new opportunities.
  • Lead strategy and high-level execution for the affiliate campaigns we run for advertisers.
  • Work directly with top performing advertisers in retail, travel and wedding to scale each program -- optimizing for quality and growth.
  • Monitor day to day affiliate activities, responding to inquiries and drafting communications and newsletters for various campaigns.
  • Own business KPIs and acquisition targets for the advertising programs.
  • Develop strategies for unlocking growth in affiliate revenue.
  • Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns.

What you'll need (qualifications):

  • Internal drive to make business magic happen and demonstrate growth!
  • At least 3 years of affiliate marketing program management experience.
  • You are strategic, driven and can execute multiple projects while managing the expectations of several stakeholder groups to meet deadlines you determine.
  • Able to articulate a high-level strategy while working with your team to ensure the smallest details are documented, successfully executed and met.
  • Data driven, analytical thinker who is able to constantly be running tests and making optimizations and exploring new opportunities through data.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills and experience managing vendors and partners.

Position Summary:

The Full Time Office Manager at Honeyfund acts like an executive assistant and office manager all rolled into one, providing stellar administrative support primarily for our kick-ass female CEO.

Job Requirements:

  • Provide general admin support to all departments, primarily for the CEO and CTO.
  • Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with payroll and running payroll reports .
  • Assist with new hire paperwork and benefits.
  • Make copies of and/or mail correspondence or other printed materials.
  • Handle scheduling for the CEO, along with company-wide scheduling as needed.
  • Organize and maintain file system, and file correspondence and records of a confidential nature.
  • Assist and maintain account payables.
  • Assist with Customer Service tasks such as correspondence with customers or process refunds and payments.
  • Plan office events, parties and team meetings.
  • QuickBooks reconciliation, payments and reports.
  • Arrange extensive and complex travel plans.
  • Order and maintain supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area or person.
  • Run errands.
  • Other administrative projects as they arise.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of standards for office communications.
  • Ability to read and interpret company policies, regulatory guidelines, and other work-related documentation.
  • Ability to abide by confidentiality requirements when working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Human resources support experience.
  • Travel planning experience.
  • Easy-going attitude and ability to handle complex, high-pressure situation with decorum (and you must know what this word means ;).
  • Skill in providing efficient and effective customer service to employees at all levels within the company.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written methods.
  • Ability to complete work and follow through within the required timelines.
  • Must be computer savvy and be able to pick up new programs and systems.
  • Must be proficient in Mac computers, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required) Google Calendars and various Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle for running errands.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of executive assistant or office manager experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Must have experience providing administrative support for corporate executives.

About the Job...

As a User Experience Designer at Honeyfund, you will be prototyping and designing user interaction screens and some marketing materials for Honeyfund and Plumfund. You will work directly with the product team and see your designs in production to be used by millions of people.

About you...

  • BA (or equivalent) in related fields.
  • 3+ years experience designing polished consumer-facing websites.
  • You are able to participate in discussions regarding design and development.
  • You have experience creating sketches and wireframes from ideas communicated to you.
  • You care about delighting the user.
  • You are comfortable receiving feedback from colleagues and end users.
  • You are comfortable iterating by incorporating feedback into your designs.
  • You are able to clearly communicate your ideas and participate in the conversation to accomplish the company/product objectives and goals.
  • You can provide high fidelity assets to engineers for use in development.
  • You are comfortable with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Omnigraffle and other relevant tools.
  • Optimal candidates will have experience with the following: clickable prototype apps like InVision, semantic HTML & CSS/Sass/Less, JavaScript frameworks like React, and Git/GitHub.
